If you were scooted or redistributed to reach the 8% minimum under the contract agreement, that move should already have been made before the phase 1 and 2 raises were applied. It should appear as a change to your PS Group or PS Level, not as extra money on top of your column. Enter your placement exactly as it appears on your most recent paystub.
